St Joseph's Catholic Primary school provides a rich and varied programme of opportunities for pupils to learn outside the classroom within the school, the local area and further afield. The programme of educational visits and learning outside the classroom supports our Catholic ethos in a structured, innovative and progressive way to enhance and support young peoples’ faith development, spirituality, self-esteem, awareness of others, independence, emotional literacy and resilience, positive attitudes, motivation and behaviour, mental and physical health and environmental awareness.
All of our school trips link to topics and skills that are apart of our school curriculum. Please see the table below which outlines the school trips that each year group will go on. We do ask for voluntary payments from parents. The approximate costs are also outlined in the table below.
